Perry County Twisties (1) PCT Safety Notes
It would be a shame to miss this window of beautiful weather, so let’s try an impromptu drive.  

Starting Point: Giant at 6560 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg (Cumberland Crossing) Giant Gas Station area

Time: 12:30 arrival; 12:45 safety mtg; 1:00 departure

 

Brief description:  This is a loop ride thru Perry County (Duncannon, Newport, New Bloomfield and Shermans Dale).  Returning to the Giant Carlisle Pike Gas Station (same as starting point).

 

Nice winding roads and beautiful scenery.   Oh, and ice cream at 3B in Duncannon!

 

Total drive time approximately 2.5 hours.

NOTE:  Volunteers to be the “sweep” will need to be assigned at the time of the safety meeting.
