With Charles Wear’s assistance, we have booked the February Lancaster County cabin fever event at Nonna Rosa in Akron, PA for Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 1:30 to 4:00 pm. Their address is: 363 S. 7th St., Akron, PA: (717) 588-2290.

Their nice menu can be previewed on their website. We can order off the menu and they have cocktails and wine available. Ample parking is located in the rear of the restaurant. Directions if no navigation:

From the north (Berks County): Get on 222S, follow past Ephrata exit and get off at the Brownstown exit. End of exit ramp, turn right, go under 222 overpass and turn right onto 272N. Proceed up hill, destination will be on your right, take first driveway.

From Harrisburg: Get on 83N towards PA Turnpike/Airport. Do not get on Turnpike, instead take 283E to airport/Lancaster. Stay on 283E into Lancaster County, 283 will end and intersect with 30E. Work your Miata to the right after 30E and take the 222N exit. Proceed on 222N and get off at the Brownstown exit. At end of exit, turn right, go under 222 overpass and turn right onto 272N. Proceed up the hill, destination will be on the right, use first driveway.
