Good Morning PACE World!
We are looking for a few hungry souls to help us on a pre-run in York County on Saturday, 11 Jul 2026.
The run will start at Rutter’s #4, 201 Cool Springs Rd, Wrightsville, PA 17368. 10 AM will be our safety meeting with a run-departure at 10:15.
We will wind our way south in York County, at one point crossing into northern Maryland. After 67 miles or so, we will find ourselves at our destination – Red Lion PA.
There, we will visit the Franklin Street Social, where we can sample foods from their dozen or so food vendors. My personal choice – and reason for this run – is to get a
hoagie at Hefty Lefty’s. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! There is even a slide for kids and adults!
Local Red Lion expert (since he lives there!) Dylan will be part of the pre-run group. He has already informed me that the parking – which seems ok at Franklin Street Social during the week – can be tricky on a Saturday.
But – he knows how to deal with it!
